Cameroon hosts the highest number of Central African refugees, 274000 people live in the East of Cameroon . This massive migration has created several problems with the local communities with whom have to share local resources such as water and shelter and basic services such as health and education.
This reportage was shot during a press visit organised by the European association of journalists to the refugee camps of Mbile and Timanoglo in the East of Cameroon.
